As Host or Hostess/Gift Shop, your position is very important. You are the first impression the guest receives and the last one to say good bye to them as they leave. Greeting each quest with a smile and an enthusiatic attitude guarantees their experience starts out GREAT! You will ensure customers recieve fast and quality service from the moment they arrive.

Should a party have special needs you will make certain the group's requirements are met. (ie small children, or patrons with disabilities...etc). You will need to be able to take direction and work in a team as well as work around difficult situations. You must posses exceptional organizational skills and problem solving ability. In order to excel in this position you will be asked to:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Introducing guests to their server
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately setting guest expectations
• Answer Questions concerning the menu and the restaurant
• Take to go orders
• Take reservations
• Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
• Must be at least 18 years of age
